No other aspect of our propane delivery service is as important as safeguarding our customers and their families.  Here at Mountain Propane we go to great lengths to insure that our clients and their propane systems are safe now and into the future.  We accomplish this through extensive and continuing training of all Mountain Propane Service personnel.   We also do an extensive Gas-Check safety inspection of all customers homes when they start service with us.  We have a Local technician always on call to respond to any propane emergency.  For our propane delivery customers we offer a discount program of up to 50% for gas line upgrades.  We are members of WPGA and we attend quarterly meetings that keep us abreast of the latest best practices related to providing safe and reliable service.  We are members of PERS so that in case a propane related incident does occur we can help provide a rapid and effective response with the specific goal of protecting people and property in our community.  Our delivery trucks are enrolled in the California Highway patrol BIT inspection program.  All employees are carefully screened and undergo background checks at the time of hire.  We adhere to CAL OSHA standards and operate an INJURY and ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM based on the OSHA model.  Safety meetings that include all personnel are held once weekly to insure that a culture of safety is maintained at all times.  

Regulators are checked and replaced whenever needed to insure safe operation of your propane system.
